However, this is heavily dependent on the individual and things such as diet, lifestyle, health, hormones and many more. While a few individuals may experience benefits in just a few days, it may take longer for others to notice a difference. The best way to ensure maximum benefit is to take the recommended serving daily, in the long-term.

This really comes down to personal preference. If you prefer a stronger flavour then you can use less liquid, or if you like a longer drink then it is fine to use more – it won’t affect the nutritional content at all.

No, Gut + Mind does not come with a scoop. We’ve made this choice to reduce plastic waste and minimise our environmental impact. Instead, we recommend using a teaspoon, which is both convenient and environmentally friendly.

If you choose to subscribe & save, you will receive repeat deliveries every month starting from your original date of purchase. These recurring charges will be automatically billed to your original payment method. Subscribe & save benefits include a 20% discount on both your initial and subsequent orders.

To cancel your subscription, please log into your account. Once you're signed in, select 'Cancel Subscription.' Please be aware that we require a minimum of 2 business days' notice before your next scheduled delivery to ensure sufficient time for cancellation.

Orders & Shipping

Once dispatched your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days with standard shipping.

Our team does not work on weekends or bank holidays so orders placed during this time will be processed as soon as we are back.

Please note that delays with couriers e.g. strike action, will likely cause delays with orders arriving – which is sadly out of our control.

Sorry, no. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible once they have been placed.
Therefore, we are unable to make any changes to your order once it has been processed. This includes cancelling the order or adding, removing and swapping items within the order. However, you can return any unopened items to us within 14 days from purchase for a full refund (please see our returns policy for more details).
