I am just 30 days into my first packet. I like the flavour as there is no strong aftertaste. I cannot say that I have noticed any changes from using this, I haven’t be able to stop taking my Omeprazole yet but I have another packet to use and I will try again to stop taking them towards the end of that one.
I’ve been taking FOCUL now for over 5 months consistently each morning.I felt calm and less stressed almost immediately, my mind is less cluttered which is wonderful . I changed my eating habits and stopped snacking between meals which also helps , just eating 3 meals a day . I did find FOCUL quite sweet initially when I took it with water , so I took it in milk after reading someone else did and it is very pleasant. I now take it with a very dilute fruit smoothie as well, alternating . I knew the lansoprazole I was taking for acid reflux, gastritis , I’d been taking for far too long, I’d been on it for years! I stopped taking them the day I started taking FOCUL. It is definitely working. I did occasionally,depending on what I’ve eaten, especially spicy food need an antacid in the evening , but the longer I’ve been taking FOCUL I find I don’t need them as much. I’m continuing this journey until I heal my stomach lining and never have to take PPI’s ever again. I’m so glad I saw your advert on social media & I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that is suffering from reflux or gastritis to give it a try.
I began using FOCUL on January 17th of this year. I suffered for years with acid reflux and as per, the GPs answer was omeprazole. After some research into that I realised it would end up doing me more harm than good in the long run and it only masked the problem at the end of the day. I stopped it several years back and went on to taking a mixture of several supplements which made a slight difference. The problems were possible fillers/bulking agents, the cost each month, the inconvenience keeping up with the sorting into a weekly pill box and some were to be taken preferably an hour apart... so I gave up on them. My reflux got worse, I had a feeling my oesophagus must've been so inflamed inside. I was being physically sick with the acid. Then my sister found an ad for FOCUL on her Facebook page, I'm not on FB so wouldn't have known. I bought one pouch to test it. I will say I also stopped drinking coffee around the same time and made some changes in my food intake. But I haven't had bad reflux now for a couple of weeks!! I'm almost certain it must be the FOCUL that has had a big impact though so I've subscribed. I'm going to continue taking it and see how things go. I do feel "healed" inside. It's such a relief. Mealtimes feel almost a great relief now as no matter what I ate I used to suffer! If anyone is contemplating FOCUL, all as I can say is go for it. I personally had nothing to lose. The cost, I'll be honest, is quite high, but it's been worth it for me and I do understand the cost covers some of the best ingredients, so it is what it is. Thank you FOCUL 😊 (It smells and tastes fantastic too, which is a massive bonus)
Its only been a week and I am enjoying taking this Supplement. At first I tried it in water but then have added this to the Beet It Juice (Natural Beetroot Juice with 10%Apple) which I have also started taking. Also trying Almond Milk. I have after 18 months finally stopped taking any Omeprazole Tablets which I had been on for a long time and needed something to calm the inflammation caused by an emergency heart bypass. Happy to report I am feeling better each day. I know it will take a while to repair years of whatever damage caused by long term use of Omeprazole and just glad I came across this product. I am just about to re-order!

I've tried many supplements - this one really works!
I am 58 yrs old on medication having had a heart attack two and a half years ago. Daily i feel bloated and uncomfortable and my toilet habits are all over the place something that when i am going out i have to be aware of , this is down to the medication that i am on. So i thought i would give Focul a go as it couldn't make me feel any worse, after two days i was having some real reflux issues so nearly stopped taking it but after reading some reviews and responses from Focul i decided to continue, the reflux issue lasted untill day four then disappeared, since about day ten or eleven things have gotten much better, I feel much more comfortable in every way sleeping better and my toilet habits are now regular much closer to the way they where before my stent was inserted. Unfortunately i am on asprin and it is known to scar the stomach lining, but this product is making me feel much better and i will continue to use hoping things continue to get better, I would recommend giving it a go.
I highly recommend this. Initially I was hesitant to make the purchase, but after speaking with Jane, I decided to go ahead and I haven’t looked back since. If you’re on the fence, I encourage you to give it a try. It might be exactly what you need!

Third pouch has arrived! I honestly love Focul - their customer service is fantastic & so is their product! I suffer with anxiety and have been told by my GP that my gut health contributes towards my symptoms. After brushing this off for far too long, I was recommended to try Focul & I have never looked back. Day-to-day I feel balanced, with a clear mind, allowing me to get on with life. Wow! I'm on week two, and I've already noticed a massive reduction in bloating and improved digestion. Daily brain fog is now a thing of the past. I really couldn't recommend it enough!
I feel like since starting focul I have better clarity and less brain fog I’m only 10/12 days in. But so far I love it! I enjoy it in my protein shake or morning smoothie! And it’s great it combines gut and brain all in one :) I recomend to anyone who isn’t sure !
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was so happy with the results from my first pouch, so I have signed up for a subscription. I am now on top of the discomfort caused by my IBS and as a result, I feel so much better! Thank you, Focul.

I love the berry flavour of this product, I’ve previously tried chocolate flavoured supplements which just weren’t my cup of tea in the morning. I’m enjoying everything about this product so far!
I always like to test new products and sometimes I am left disappointed. However… I do not regret my decision to purchase Gut + Mind! I’ve been drinking Gut + Mind in the morning and just 40 minutes after, my stomach feels settled and I feel prepared to start the day. I’m not usually one for leaving reviews, but I felt I had to this time!

I have been taking omneprozole for more than 20 years, prescribed for silent reflux. Recently i have experienced a lot of pain in my stomach, that was not confined to just one area of it. After a struggle I managed to see a Dr who suspected gastritis. I was told I needed blood tests and an ultra sound but would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for both! In the meantime i started doing some research on P.P.I's and was shocked at what the long term side effects could be, and that they only 'mask' the symptoms of excess acid. Then found an advert for Focul and read the reviews which made it sound promising so decided to give it a go. It came very quickly, and I started on it immediately. I also decided to stop taking the PPI's. Inititally there did seem to be additional discomfort but after about a week everything has settled down and I feel so much better. I have cut down on possible triggers like alcohol and spicy food but have not suffered the morning sore throat that triggered the use of PPI's in the first place. I take the Focul at the same time before breakfast and am convinced of it's veracity. The pain and discomfort is now at a minimum, if I get any at all, and I am sure, given the relatively short time I have been using Focul (3 weeks) that things will continue to improve. I'm a firm believer in it's use, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. By the way blood tests and ultra sound results were normal.
Focul has worked well with me and when I asked for some help with its compatibility with a particular medication I was taking, they came back to me very quickly which I was very appreciated of.
The reason I am giving it three stars is the awful taste. I can see improvements with digestion and gut health, which I welcome. Sadly, that sickly sweet taste is really off putting. I do hope that a tasteless product, or something that is not so sweet can become available as I am not sure I can keep on drinking such a foul tasting mix.
Not sure how one takes a photo of Gut&Mind in action!! However I am cautiously positive about the effect this supplement is having on my reflux. The key aim is to heal the stomach and gut, so getting it working efficiently again. I am on lansopazole . Was on 30mg daily but since taking G&M, have been able to reduce to 15mg daily. Certainly the daily glass of gritty but not unpleasant drink seems to be helping. However. I also had a full session of acupuncture, with that specialist suggesting the treatment would encourage my gall bladder to improve bile production and since that treatment, my nausea and light headedness has reduced considerably. Hopefully this will continue and I can look forward to enjoying my food again. One unintended plus from my digestion issues over the past 6 months is my weight loss of over 3 stone.. . A more lean and potentially healthier man! I am 5 weeks into taking Focul G&M so will give it another two months by which time, my GP hopes I will not be taking any PPI's
I have leukaemia and my medication upsets my digestive system. I am prescribed Omeprazole and this caused further problems. I saw the advertisement for Focul and how it worked well with Omeprazole and wrote asking for advice. I was happy with the advice received and bought a month’s supply. I have been much improved and impressed and have just reordered. A happy customer.

I love how this has helped my stomach. It has helped me be able to manage some foods I couldn’t tolerate. My stomach no longer feels hurt. And I will continue to take it. The one thing I don’t like is its taste. Just wish it didn’t have the bitter aftertaste. But I down it and forget about it and it’s makes me feel well.
Gut has been stronger since starting Focul. Where nothing else has helped! This has been a long journey trying different things to get here. Big thank you.

I have been taking medication for a few yrs and it wasn’t doing anything So I went cold turkey and started on Focul and gave it time I’m not 100 percent but better than I was on omeprazole Give it a go my problem is hernia
Can’t really say how well it’s working as only been on it for about 3 weeks hence the 3* rating as in neither good or bad but I’ll say one thing, not liking the taste but as it’s only once a day I’ll live with it. Certainly not getting any side effects as I was with omeprazole so it’s a case of wait and see.
Well I was sceptical when I ordered but from the first day I have been “regular” I have diverticulitis and IBS so usually never “regular”, so I’m looking forward to getting some more weeks under my belt to see the other benefits. So Thanks!

I have suffered for over 40 years with stomach and gut issues that I have never understood. No amount of medical advice had helped. I thought I would give Focul a try, and after two months I felt it was not helping at all, and stopped taking it. Then over the next few days I suddenly started feeling much better. For three months my symptoms have mostly gone. I have now ordered more Focul and am optimistic for the future. Thank you!
I used this product earlier this year and it was amazing . Apparently my esophageal sphinter is causing a problem . Whilst my reflux is better my mind is not and what I remembered from before was how much better I felt generally. I have taken Lions Mane separately but it doesn't have the same effect . So a few weeks in back on focul things are looking up . Not sure how you combine your product but it works thats for sure . Never been so happy with a health product . Thank you 😊
Good product and seems to really help my stomach. Unfortunately, with the latest pouch of Focul, the taste seems to have changed and there is now an unpleasant aftertaste which i've not had with the last 4 pouches.
